We may dream of other things as well and pursue our careers (nowadays it’s often possible to follow your dreams and have a family too) but we are likely to have kids under our feet before too long and to relish this as well most of the time! It is expected that when we grow up, we leave home, get a job, marry and create a family of our own. And by family, I mean a mother, a father, and children.
